Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by destination, order size, and shipping method. We aim to deliver your products between 3–7 business days (up to 10 business days for remote locations or small orders).
- Shipping and handling charges: $6 per order + $1.50 per item.
- Orders may be delayed due to holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Tracking & Notifications
- Every order receives a unique tracking number once shipped.

- AfterShip analytics help us monitor carrier performance and optimize delivery times.
Package Loss, Exceptions & Support
- If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Exceptions (e.g., address errors, failed delivery attempts) will trigger immediate notifications and instructions for resolution.

Shipping Exclusions & Special Requests

- Special or expedited shipping requests must be made by email or phone before placing your order online.
- We do not offer orders for pick-up at any of our locations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund (including shipping and taxes) if the order has not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, you may request a return and refund according to our Returns Policy.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Carrier selection is based on destination, speed, and service quality.
